The first option is a 6.2 liter V8 petrol engine with an output of 385 horsepower and 405 lb-ft of torque, and will feature a TorqueShift-G. The second engine will be a 6.7 liter V8 powerStroke diesel engine generating 450 horsepower and 860 lb-ft of torque, with the ability to tow more than 30,000 pounds. The third option will be a 6.8 liter V10 engine with an output of 362 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque. All the three engine options will to run on CNG, and will all be connected to a new 10 speed automatic transmission system currently being developed with both the rear-wheel drive and four wheel drive modes. The engines’ fuel economy ratings are yet to be released but they are anticipated to have improved performance.

The new 2017 Ford F-250 is scheduled for the last quarter of 2016, although its official release date has not been officially announced. The price for the base model is approximated at around $33,000 while the top platinum trim will cost $57,000.
